I really don't wan... read more This place is near one of our favorite date night restaurants so we have thought about trying it for some time. Today happened to be the day. I really don't want to say anything bad about it. But it started off for us with a creepy vibe from the guy at the podium when we walked in. After being seated, we looked over the menu. Brace yourself the prices are higher than you would expect. We made our selections and when the plates came out I was amused at the portion. For the price I expected ala carte servings. We found the food quality to be..neutral. We got out of there just under $100. Much more than anticipated. The wait staff were friendly. The bread basket and olive oil was good. Hard pass on the rice balls $3.25 each. That said, it certainly isn't the worst dining experience we have had. We enjoyed being out together so that was nice. I don't think we'll hurry back.

And the Rigatoni c... read more Lots of great fresh ingredients and hand made pasta selections. Best Bolognese sauce I've ever had, would definitely recommend the Trennette. And the Rigatoni con Salsiccia is also great and full of hand made ingredients. On nice days dining al fresco isa wonderful way to enjoy the great location. This is a favorite for locals and we always see lots of friends here. Also a greatspot for groups to come meet up after local events.

I thought how... read more This is the WORST service Ever.. we ordered clam pasta through grubhub and when the order came there was absolutely no single clam in the shells. I thought how is this even possible and how did they not notice theres no meat in the shells. They hadplaced a huge bowl of empty clams on top of the pasta. I called and spoke with the manager on duty her name was Ross who told meshe's too busy to deal with our complaint and if I don't want to come pick up the order in person there's nothing else she cando because she has tables she has to attend to. It amazes me that this is how restaurants are being managed. She advised there'sno one else to talk to because it's a family owned business and she's the only one to talk to. Attached is a picture of exactlyhow the clams and pasta was underneath. I'm too shocked ???? at the level of service that no longer exists. As business ownermyself here in Frederick. This is extremely disturbing
