There were two hotdogs in my order, none of them had any ketchup in. Missing toppings has happened a lot for me at five guys (not just this specific store). It would be great if they could double check the toppings before handing it out to the customer.

Although i... read more I stopped by Five Guys on a whim while traveling and was very happy with my choice. Ordering through their online menu was quick and straightforward. Although it said my order would be ready in 7 minutes, I arrived after about 12 minutes and still had to wait around 10 minutes for my food, even though the restaurant was completely empty. That was my only downside. I ordered a little hamburger and small Cajun fries. The burger was cooked perfectly—easily the best fast-food burger I've had. The fries were tasty, though a bit too spicy for my liking. The staff were friendly, and the restaurant was very clean. Plus, it’s conveniently located right off I-70.

The menu offers a great variety to choose from.

5 guys may have a wall full of articles and accolades claiming they are the BEST burgers around but they are just average greasy bacon cheeseburgers no better t... read more 5 guys may have a wall full of articles and accolades claiming they are the BEST burgers around but they are just average greasy bacon cheeseburgers no better than any other of the many Frederick places to get greasy burgers. Most importantly there are manyother places in the Frederick area alone to get BETTER burgers at much more affordable prices than the $17 it cost me for abacon cheeseburger and a small drink TO GO from 5 guys. Could have dined in, got a better burger and still tipped at severalother local restaurants. Unfortunately guys prices have skyrocketed while food quality and service have steadily declined. Atthese prices for a burger and a small drink TO GO a whole bag of those peanuts should be complimentary on your way out.
