I ordered online. I got there 20 mins AFTER my order was ready time. I stood in a line with 3 other people having to show the woman each of our confirmations and what was included because he system was down. Which I completey understand that and how much for difficult it makes things. I was patient. Then I got home and took a bite of my burrito. The order on the bag was right bur there was only beans, rice and chicken in it. And I paid for quacamole! Very unpleasant experience consider the woman reading the orders could not get them correct.

Sadly the only time I had a bad experience going to a Chipotle. All tables inside and outside were dirty, and trash was all pilled up, wondered why nobody was dining in. There were no napkins, no paper towels in the bathroom, and last but not least the chips were mushy. I understand the staff was busy but the manager should be aware of these things. I do not look forward to dine in in this location anytime soon. This was on a Friday evening 7pm.

The restaurant was dirty, and the service wasn’t very good. The only exception was the cashier, who was nice.

Additionally, some spicy salsa ended up in my bowl. I can handle spicy food, but that wasn't what I asked for. There was pico de gallo mixed in as well. My lips felt like they were on fire, which was kind of interesting, but still not what I’d hoped for. To top it all off, I found a piece of lettuce stem in my bowl. Any one of these issues could have been overlooked, but all three occurring in the same meal? What’s going on here? I understand that Chipotle doesn’t allow unionization, but I don’t think that should affect customers. Overall, it was not a good experience.

Every time I go to Chipotle, I order the same thing (as shown in the picture below), and it’s always delicious and made perfectly. I highly recommend it!

The rice was mushy and unpleasant, unlike anything I've experienced before. It was simply disappointing. Additionally, the portion of corn salsa they provided was very small.

I often feel like I don't get enough when I order online. My orders are usually thrown together and missing some of the ingredients I requested. It's really disappointing because Chipotle is my favorite restaurant.

Chipotle has got worse sicethe pandemic hit. I understand there is shortage on items and what not, but when I pay extra for stuff I expect it to be just that extra. I go in and order 3 scoops of rice (I know if I am lucky I will get 1and half) they dont want to give you extra rice I watch the he worker scoop ipthe rice shake most of it back into the panhalf scoop in my bowl. I asked her to please give me 3 full scoops of rice she huffed and puffed slams the scoops in my bowl i then asked for chicken half scoop of that which was ok cause i like the rice more. Asking for extra cheese and sour cream is like pulling teeth. I have had bad experience and I love chipotle but I wont be going back for a very long time

Horrible every single time. No mater what I order I am missing something or get the wrong order. The quantity is awful, youll get old nasty food clearly past its date

This Chipotle location doesn't stand out. The service and food are pretty typical, but the unprofessional and disorganized staff often lead to mistakes. I've visited several times and won't be coming back. My order was delayed by more than 35 minutes, and they prioritized other customers before me. They often run out of guacamole, which is a dealbreaker for me since I'm a big fan of it. I'd rather skip a meal than return to this restaurant.

The restaurant is a good size with ample parking nearby, including accessible spots for those with disabilities. The interior is clean and well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I didn’t have to wait in long lines, and the service was both quick and precise. The food is fresh and replenished regularly.
