Good place for healthy food that?s not totally bland. The black lentil in grain section is undercooked and very hard. Properly cooked Lentils are very soft and tasty. The falafel were hard as if old. Bowl size is decent though. The servers behave as ifdoing a huge favor. Unfriendly! Would not explain properly if you have questions. Not everyone is expert at understanding howtheir servings/menu works. What I wanted was with avocado in the first place so when I asked to add they said extra $2. I wasconfused and ended up not having. If you can, definitely try Mejeh Mediterranean grill by interstate 15 north on Worman?s millroad. It?s amazing and so much more choices compared and much more flavorful!
I absolutely love CAVA, by far one of my favorite fast casual restaurants out there. We stopped at this location on our drive from Delaware back to the Midwest and loved it. My only complaint was the building itself, it?s not very intuitive where to gowhen you walk in due to the weird architecture and awkwardness of the stairwell. Doesn?t take away from how great the food is. Ialways do a build your own bowl with mixed grains and greens. I added the harissa chicken and all of the dips and veggies. Sogood every time, highly recommend.
I loved the patio outside tonearm on the most. There were 2 cute sparrows who we fed pita bread too. The drinks were amazing. I loved the food as well! Lots of healthy options. Kudos because my picky child ate all her food.
If you?re looking for a delicious healthy option Cava fills all the stars. Choose lettuce then add rice, or lentils. You can choose (3) sauce toppings: flavored humus?s, tzakiti, crazy feta. Then your meat/meatless topping, then salad veggies topping, then finally: your dressing. It?s goodness in your mouth. It?s my favorite place to eat, and very convenient. Walk up to thecounter, walk along the window as the staff builds your meal. The staff there has always been very pleasant the several timesI?ve been.

The prices at this restaurant may not be my favorite, but it's worth it when I can order a green or grain bowl with every vegetable topping possible! The choices include brown or white rice, black lentils, various greens such as spinach, romaine, and super greens, and options for spreads like hummus, roasted red pepper hummus, and harissa, all vegan. You can also add roasted vegetables or falafel as your protein. The variety of veggies available, including mint, cabbage slaw, tomato onion, diced cucumber, pickled onions, Fresno peppers, and quinoa cauliflower when it's available, is delightful. They offer dressings like garlic, vinaigrette, lemon tahini, and skhug. The food is fresh and delicious, and you can even add pita if you want more carbs. They also have a nice selection of beverages. The restaurant has seating upstairs and downstairs, and you can order ahead for pickup or car drop off. A great addition to the dining options in Frederick.
The restaurant features regularly rotating preset specials. I chose the lentil avocado bowl and asked the server if it was vegan. She confirmed it and happily shared that she was vegan herself. It was comforting to have a knowledgeable vegan staff member. As always, the food was delicious.
I've dined here countless times. The service is reliable and fast, making it ideal for a quick work lunch.

I tried this restaurant for the first time and I really enjoyed my grain bowl. The variety of topping options were the highlight, all fresh and delicious. The portion size was generous and I would definitely order again. The blueberry lavender drink was an interesting flavor, although I personally would have preferred to taste more blueberry than lavender.
The salad bowl was absolutely fantastic! It was so delicious that I would love to have it every day. And the lemonade was exceptional as well.
The portions were slightly smaller than expected, but overall, the food was quite good!

There is ample seating available for both dine-in and car service at this restaurant. The high ceilings provide excellent air circulation, creating a more comfortable dining experience, especially during the current pandemic.
Great restaurant. This new location is always bustling with customers since it opened recently. Despite the long line when I arrived, the staff were well-prepared and moved quickly. I was pleasantly surprised at how fast I received my order. The food was delicious! I will definitely return in the future.
This restaurant is a build-your-own Mediterranean style eatery, where you choose your ingredients as you go down the line to create your custom dish. I opted for the pita with grilled chicken, which was delicious. However, if you add a lot of toppings, it's best to get a bowl to avoid making a mess. They offer a variety of drinks and seasonal sodas, all of which looked very appealing. The only downside is that there are so many choices to make in a short amount of time if you've never been before. Nevertheless, everything I tried was tasty, so you really can't go wrong. Just choose what you like and be adventurous if you want to try something new.
Thanks so much for coming to town. The food was amazing and the staff was even better. I can’t wait to go back this weekend for more yummy goodness.
My new favorite place to go!!! My husband was not a fan... buuuuuttt he's a meat and potatoes kinda guy. The crazy feta dip is AMAZING. Good portions and quality. I would eat here multiple times a week if I could!! Kids didn't like the chocolate chip cookies and they were a bit pricey for a cookie. But overall I am SUPER satisfied. :

You have presets (they don't turn securely as often). I ordered the lenses avocado shell and asked the young lady if they were vegan. She said yes and asked if I was vegan. Then she added to me, Too! Nice to know that there is a vegan working there. She was very knowledgeable. The food tasted as usual.
This place is exactly what we are looking for when we need a quick, easy lunch. They really stack on the vegetables and have tons of vegan options. They are crazy fast and they have a nice outdoor terrace to eat if you don't want to take it to go. Very recommended
So the prices here are not my favorite, but it justifies if I order a greens or grain or green grain bowl to make every single veg topping possible! Ha ha. The choices are brown or white rice or black lenses that are vegan, and then there are a whole range of greens options for your salad base such as spinach and Romaine and Super Greens. Then you can choose from 2 spreads / dips such as hummus, roasted red pepper hummus and Harissa these are vegan. Then add roasted vegetables or falafel as your protein. Finally the joy of the Veggies! I like the mint and everything else, including Kohlslawe, tomatoes onion, cubed cucumber, tomatoes cucumber, pickled onions, fresno paprika and the quinoa flower when they have it. Yum. They also have dressings, but I usually skip their latest vegan dressing is the garlic dressing, but you can also get a Vinaiigrette and lemon Tahini and the Skhug. The food is good and fresh, add Pita when you 're up for more carbohydrates. Some good drinks. Sit up and down, order ahead and pick up or drop car. Nice addition to the Frederick selections.
I was thrilled to finally have a Cava in Frederick. I do half falafel and half veggies, and all the vegan toppings. If it was less expensive $10 for my bowl) I’d eat here every day. I almost always order online and pick up in the drive through. But even when I go in, it’s never been a terrible line.
I recently dined at this restaurant and was pleased to find that they offer preset menu options, which seem to be consistent (they don't change frequently). I decided to try the avocado shell dish and asked the server if it was vegan. She confirmed that it was indeed vegan and then proceeded to inquire if I was also vegan. She mentioned that it was nice to have another vegan working at the restaurant. I found her to be quite knowledgeable about the menu. The food tasted just as delicious as always.
