Ordered two pies. Said 60 minutes. No problem. 1:10 later no pizza, well that sucks.... called. pizza not done yet. hour 30 pizza done no driver..... 1:45 still has not left the store. Refund requested. Don't bother ordering delivery. They cant do it. Lost a customer for life tonight. Good pizza, but cant deliver in 1:45...... The food is always delicious I have nothing negative to say. However last night I ordered delivery and it said 70 minutes delivery time, sucks but understandable it’s Friday night best pizza in town we can wait a little more than average for our food. 2 hours later I call to see what’s going on and I’m told the pizza is out the door on its way. I live very close within a mile but our family is sick so we opted for delivery 30 minutes after the phone call my pizza arrives barely warm and missing an order of breadsticks. Driver already had their tip added when I ordered. I always tip and rather well given I live 3 minutes away from the store. Needless to say I was not at all pleased with this and driver could care less.
Good morning! I just wanted to let you know how your company handled an issue I had last night with a order I placed for delivery. On 1/31/25 @4:34 , I placed an order for delivery, and that delivery was to be delivered at 7:00pm giving 2 1/2 hours notice . At 7:10 pm I called the restaurant to ask if there was an update on my order and the girl that answered said it was out for delivery and should be to me any minute . At 7:29pm the driver finally arrived , once at the door the driver didn't say anything other than mumbling something under his breath the whole time ....not once apologizing for the delay or any explanation at all. Once inside we sat down to enjoy our dinner only to find out entire order was not hot , it was maybe room temperature at best . I completely understand that things happen and don't go as planned sometimes but if that was case why not apologize and say that and give so kind of explanation. Fortunately you got my business as I received your mail pamphlet in the mail 2 days before my order and that is what our family was looking forward to for dinner for those 2 days , we are always looking to support small businesses and would prefer to give our money to those but unfortunately, your business fell short . I do hope you can train your team to do much better job from start to finish . If the girl that answered the phone would have explained that something had gone wrong in the beginning I'm guessing that is what happened because why else would it be a half hour late and then when you hire someone to have face to face interaction with people that person needs to talk to those people ....and if you are going to serve hot food make sure it's hot or at least hotter than room temperature . This is just my opinion on what happened and maybe I'm wrong but I think they made our order , boxes it all up and forgot about so it sat there getting cold , then when I called the girl on the phone say that my order was just sitting there , called the driver to come get and deliver my order , the driver came and got it and then delivered it which all took place in that 30 minutes late . But again that is my opinion of what happened and can only guess because no one said anything when I called to check where my order was at or was handed my actual order . Jenny Straight

I have never had a better buffalo chicken pizza than the one from this restaurant! I love the crust, the toppings they offer, and the fact that they deliver to Mountain Cowboy across the street. Sometimes there is a slight wait, but I have been inside and seen how busy they are, being a locally owned and operated business that values quality above all else. Give Bash's a try before going with a larger corporation, you won't be disappointed!
We have been fans of this restaurant for 3 years, loving the owners and the high quality of their food. However, in recent months, the quality has significantly declined and the food is now very disappointing. I recently called and spoke with one of the owners about a recent order that I had to throw away, and his response was simply that they had hired new staff who were not up to par. This was the same response I received when I had a similar issue with an $80 order the week before. There was no effort made to resolve the issue. I cannot recommend this restaurant anymore.

I like this pizza compound. they offer qualitatiw high quality service. as a short personal they always go beyond and beyond. I'll tell them the Bash crew. you all make a great job! Go on!
Had the first time in the city frederick and didn’t really warn any other pizza spots how close they arrived at the time (mike) and no longer than an hour or two, as most of these reviews have explained, got the california club pizza and mac n cheese bits with a 2 liter pepsi that was all good thanks to their service bash’s
Fokd was great, and this is about the 3rd or 4th time that we have ordered for delivery, and every time the driver was big, but when we ordered and the delivery driver was very rude and said if they don't go to type the delivery driver, then they have to come down and get it themselves. While I can understand the desire to get tapps, a more pleasant question will get more than restless. from now on we will consider before we order from here
5 of 5 orders were perfect! we get a small one to build their own and an Italian salad. each salate is fresh. the 'za is amazing! not only can you say it is fresh teig, it is really good teig! we wished 'd recognized what a jewel this place is earlier. would have saved so much and disappointment from the chains. definitiw is worth supporting the local business! thank you. bash to make lazy nights tasty!
Ordered at 5:30, called at 7:20 after it still hadn’t been delivered and was told they were 5 minutes away. Called at 7:40 and was told they were half a block. Showed up at 8 completely cold.
