Reviews - Analia's Cafe
Reviews summary
Tucked in a small shopping center, this family-run Greek spot is praised for authentic, homemade gyros, generous portions, fresh salads and warm, attentive service. Clean, cozy dining (inside and outside) and homemade dips win repeat fans, while thoughtful staff offer samples and dish guidance. A few guests noted dry sides or wilted greens and occasional inconsistent opening hours, so calling ahead is recommended. Overall, a charming local gem for classic Greek comfort food.

If you are looking for a great gyro or chicken soulvaki, then this is the place. Had a craving for a gyro, but the options are slim in the area (also not fan of feta cheese). I've been to the majority gyro spots in town, so I'll give Analia's a try and,man I'm happy I did. The gyro I had was great tasting, good portion of meat, great veggies and taziki sauce. I got the platter,so the gyro came with fries and a salad. So if you got a taste for some Greek cuisine, head on over to Analia's!
Great food at a great price. Pretty sure the pita with spicy feta and kalamari were all made right there. They were incredible. My boyfriend and I both got the gyro platters and we definitely didn't leave hungry. The portions were great and the food wasfantastic! Thank you to the owner and staff for the delicious food and clean lovely dining environment
Awesome find! No frills Greek restaurant in a Frederick strip mall serving generous portions of very flavorful food in takeout containers. We ordered the Greek platter with a side of Analia?s Greek fries, the Grilled Shrimp Aegean and baklava. The Greek platter had huge slices of gyro, pork and chicken souvlaki, a salad and some tatziki, with warm crunchy fries. Grilled shrimp Aegean was deliciously tangy with slices of tomato, cucumber, olives, capers, onion, feta with
It's small and tucked away in a small shopping center, but was worth it. Friendly folks, great tasting food. I had the Gyro platter with a side order of Greek fries. Added Calamari as appetizer. Delicious! Dining inside and outside is available now.
If you're in search of a delicious gyro or chicken souvlaki, this is the place to go. I had a craving for a gyro, but options in the area are limited (plus, I'm not a fan of feta cheese). I've tried most gyro spots around town, so I decided to give Analia's a shot, and I’m so glad I did. The gyro I had was incredibly tasty, with a generous portion of meat, fresh veggies, and tasty tzatziki sauce. I ordered the platter, which came with fries and a salad. If you're in the mood for some Greek cuisine, definitely head over here!

The gyros were excellent, and the fries were delicious as well. The price per person ranges from $10 to $20. I would rate the food and service both a 4 out of 5, while the atmosphere gets a 3. I highly recommend the Gyro on Pita.
The food was excellent, and the server was charming. I rate the food a 5, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 4.

The food was amazing. We came in right after breakfast and we immediately received a very warm and welcome greeting from the guy that waited on us. He took the time to explain what each item was and even worked on proper pronunciation of each dish. It felt like he took time with each of us to kind of determine where we were on what kind of food that we enjoyed and recommended a dish based on that and he was absolutely right. Our party was from all over the United States Florida, Indiana, Michigan, South Carolina and even Toronto, Canada and we all said that we hope to eat there again. Thank you so much for the hospitality and the service.
What a great find! After driving 400 miles, this charming Greek restaurant was within walking distance of our motel. The staff was friendly, and knowledgeable. We got the specials-lamb shank for me and crab cakes for my husband. The salad was fresh, and the dressing was fantastic, even had capers! The food came out piping hot and was delicious. We tried the Greek custard pie, I cannot spell the name, and it was delightful. My only regret is that this gem is 400 miles from home. If I'm ever back on the area I will certainly come back.
Food is amazing!!! Totally a hidden gem within Frederick- a quaint Mediterranean family diner. Chicken souvlaki is spot on, house salad is fresh and crispy, and greek fries is incredible!!!! Must visit when you can! Friendly and clean atmosphere with impeccable service!
