while the food and service were quite good There was a lot of lag time during the meal. We were never in a hurry but over an hour from salad to entrée was excessive. And this is the second time there has been that big gap of time.For now we will chalk it up to inexperience and that it will be used as a learning tool and improve. Thanks View all feedback.

This restaurant is worthy of praise for it's mission of preparing hospitality industry professionals to excel in their careers. The food is well prepared and tasty. The service is superb. It is not easy to get a reservation, but I recommend making the effort to get one.
Give this a try. Students work hard. Food outstanding.
FCC's hospitality program always provides a great dinner and builds talent among future industry professionals.
