Chipotle Mexican Grill - Frederick

Ordered 2 bowls and a kids meal. Asked for guacamole on all meals and fajitas. The bowls didn?t have any veggies and barely any salsa and no guacamole. Kids meals was supposed to have guacamole as well but didn?t get any. The order was delayed. The driver was very communicative and apologetic. Took me 20+ mins to get a hold of someone at the restaurant. They said they would remake the order but I had to pick it up. The delivery guy offered if I would want him to take the order back and have them remake it. I asked the delivery guy if he could pick up the remade order and deliver it to me. And he kindly did. I checked the order and it was fine but when I sat down to eat, it was like a puddle. Both bowls were so soggy and had so much water. This is not the first time this store has made the order incorrectly. So disappointing.

The Garlic Guajillo Steak has been on commercials lately in heavy rotation and it had my attention. I always order the bowl with brown rice and no cheese, guacamole or sour cream (so none of the stuff that makes it amazing). This time added the Garlic Steak as my protein. It was only ok. It didn?t make me want to hurry back and try it a second time. The store is clean, and there was a person clearing and cleaning tables constantly. She is doing a good job. Although, the trash cans were overflowing after the lunch rush. There was a line at one point during my lunch and they made it move along quickly. I?ll keep my bowl favorite- just May return to chicken or pork.

Good food fast. Burrito stuffed to bulging with brown rice, roasted peppers, black beans, salsa, guacamole, corn ? salsa, sour cream, lettuce is to die for. Bowl works too and avoid mess and finger licking. Add chips n salsa for added treat. To go or dine in its a winner ? Habla Espanola is muy Bueno.

Great location as we live in Urbana and the location by there is the worst! The chicken at Westview location was plentiful, tasty and great chunks. Staff was good but the tables were a little messy and the trash cans were full.However the food here was great and highly recommend this location over Urbana 100%!!

This is the worst chipotle's go to cafe rio in the same shopping center it’s way better the only reason to go to this one repeatedly is that it’s right by my house. the pickup orders are ALWAYS incorrect, missing items, or never on time OR just don’t come at all !!! 0 stars if I could.
