I went through the drive-thru on June 16, 2022, at 4:27 PM, and I want to commend the team on duty. There was a mix-up with my order, but they quickly resolved the issue, which made me very happy. I truly appreciate the honesty of the new manager who was on shift; they offered several solutions to address the problem with impressive professionalism and excellent customer service. Although they seemed a bit nervous and forgot to take down my information, they handled the situation remarkably well. I really appreciated the level of service, especially on a busy day. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
The Philly Cheese Steak was delicious. I also had a side of onion rings, but I wasn’t a fan of the sweet outer crust. I’m willing to give them another try. The loaded zets looked appealing as well.
