I've placed two previous mobile orders and by the third one, they would hand me my food when they saw me waiting in line. I've never had a KFC establishment recognize me. Very attentive crew here. The guy swears he put the fo... read more They messed up my order 3 times and I even brought back the Receipt, told them to check the cameras at the time I purchase my food. I pla... read more The food at this restaurant is outstanding, and it's evident that the staff is putting in a tremendous effort. Unfortunately, they are quite understaffed. I placed a pickup order for 4:45 PM around 4:25 PM, but my food wasn’t ready until about 4:55 PM. The parking lot was packed, so I had to use a space that warned I could be towed if I stayed longer than 15 minutes. I was nearly late getting back to work due to this, and I was lucky enough to avoid being towed. I’m giving this place three stars mainly because some staff members have a wonderfully positive attitude, which I greatly appreciate, especially since I work in retail and understand the struggles they deal with.

I went to the store today to pick up my or... read more This is my first review, and if I could give zero stars, I would. Since that's not an option, I’m giving it one star. I went to the store today to pick up my order, and when I arrived, it was almost ready. I asked the lady if everything was included, and she confirmed it was, but the sauces I ordered were missing. When I asked for them, she responded in a very arrogant manner. To double-check, I asked again if everything was packed, and she rudely shouted, "Whatever you ordered is there." When I requested extra sauce, she again replied with arrogance, asking, "What do you need?" I later found out her name is Sabana or Zabana, and she is the store manager. While I was trying to talk to her, another staff member was joking and laughing, which made the situation even more awkward. This was an awful experience and really spoiled my entire weekend. I strongly advise against visiting this store while she is on duty. If the manager is so rude, I can only imagine how the other employees behave. Thank you!
