I went to the store today to pick up my or... read more This is my first review, and if I could give zero stars, I would. Since that's not an option, I’m giving it one star. I went to the store today to pick up my order, and when I arrived, it was almost ready. I asked the lady if everything was included, and she confirmed it was, but the sauces I ordered were missing. When I asked for them, she responded in a very arrogant manner. To double-check, I asked again if everything was packed, and she rudely shouted, "Whatever you ordered is there." When I requested extra sauce, she again replied with arrogance, asking, "What do you need?" I later found out her name is Sabana or Zabana, and she is the store manager. While I was trying to talk to her, another staff member was joking and laughing, which made the situation even more awkward. This was an awful experience and really spoiled my entire weekend. I strongly advise against visiting this store while she is on duty. If the manager is so rude, I can only imagine how the other employees behave. Thank you!

He was... read more During my visit to KFC on August 17, 2022, located at 149 Cochituate Road in Framingham, MA, I encountered an unprofessional situation with the cashier. He was repeatedly touching his nose while performing his duties, which is simply unacceptable behavior. It would have been appropriate for him to wash his hands immediately. This was quite off-putting to witness as a customer.
