Boston Market - Framingham

I attempted to get food from here three times: once through the Boston Market app, once via DoorDash, and finally, I went in person today. They are clearly understaffed, and the owner should be ashamed of the service. I ordered through the app and picked up my order, only to find that when I got home, I had received completely the wrong items. I should have double-checked, but now it’s too late to return the wrong items. Perhaps there’s an issue with their online ordering system. Today, I noticed some confusion among the staff; one person was struggling to prepare an order while another was inquiring about an online order. After waiting for 10 minutes, I decided to cut my losses, but when I asked about their specialty items, they informed me they were out of everything I wanted. So, I left empty-handed.

I absolutely love Boston Market! They have the best rotisserie chicken and sides! It's the best fast food out there!

I wait there for 10 minutes and didn't see a worker and eating looked bad, so I went away.

I wish I checked yap before I go here, but talk about ****! the huh was acceptable, but that's it! 1:00 a.m. on the afternoon and I'm sorry you have to wait for kartoffels. mac n be the consistency or suppe. No, thanks, just give me one that helps on framed spinat. prawan puts it in two areas on the teller and they double the charge! corn brot or feuerstein! no difference in the dense. I didn't have the time or geduld to argue about the charge. but believe me that they won't get another penny out of me. a star for not necessarily fast but friendly service

There were mice scurrying around the dining area. The service was disappointingly slow, as it always has been. Management truly needs to improve staffing at this restaurant.
