Contribute Feedback What John P likes about Dunkin' Donuts:
The Franklin St Dunkin’ in Framingham, MA is a good one. It’s an updated location, it has a good amount of parking, there’s a convenience store next to them, and it’s small, so there’s not a lot of seated commotion from locals. Although pleasant, sometimes a grab-and-go arrangement is best, like this location. There are a few tables though. Coffee and donuts are typical for a Dunkin. The staff is very friendly here.... What Ellen M Goldsmith doesn't like about Dunkin' Donuts:
It's like every Dunkin's I've been to. I ordered a few items and a medium Iced Tea. They no longer have wedges of lemons, so I carry packets on Simply Lemon in my pocket. It is crystallized lemon. Half a packet works for me. View all feedback.
This Dunkin' is just like all the others I've visited. I ordered a few items along with a medium iced tea. They don't offer lemon wedges anymore, so I carry packets of Simply Lemon in my pocket. It's crystallized lemon, and half a packet is perfect for my drink.
The packaging was difficult to open, but overall, it was an excellent experience!
I ordered food for my budtenders and myself, but unfortunately, a few items were missing from my large order upon delivery.
My initial order was lost! The DoorDash team had to reorder, and now I've ended up with a missing item. It's unbelievable! As a Dasher myself, I know that some restaurants just mess up orders like this!
Years ago, before the Buckley Place apartments were built in 2020, this Dunkin' Donuts was located in a shopping plaza that was much further back and felt like a hidden gem. At that time, the plaza was mostly empty, with only a Salvation Army and a hair salon as neighbors. However, parking was always safe, easy, and readily available. After the plaza was demolished in 2015, Dunkin' Donuts rebuilt and moved right up to Franklin Street. Unfortunately, parking can be a hassle now because to park in front, you have to navigate over a rough curb, which can be quite frustrating. Backing out can also be quite tricky due to the fast-moving traffic on Franklin. Luckily, there is parking in the back, but it's often cramped and difficult to maneuver when they're busy. Despite these parking challenges, this Dunkin' Donuts remains one of the best in the area. The staff is always friendly and well-staffed, and I've never had to wait more than a couple of minutes. One of the employees, Braz, is a great guy who has been around since the days when this Dunkin' was more of a hole in the wall. The place is extremely clean and well-managed, with plenty of seating available. I highly recommend it if you're in the Framingham area and craving Dunkin' Donuts.
