Loved this restaurant! Started off with the tostones and the elote. I had the firehouse fish tacos and my fiance had the grilled salmon tacos. Both were amazing. I would definitely recommend this yo anyone
Stopped as the patio looked inviting. The margheritas were a little on the sweet side, but went down great and we're a good size. Spinach salad was nice and they split it into two for us which was nice. Tried the pork shoulder sofrita which wasexcellent. A very nice spot for a relaxing bite. Eddie, who was new to the restaurant, and the others, did a great job lookingafter us.
The staff at this restaurant are exceptionally helpful! I may have had one too many margaritas the other night and ended up losing a shoe in the parking lot. When I returned the next morning, I discovered it safely tucked away behind the bar with a note that said, "Keep an eye out for Cinderella." I am truly thankful for their kindness and for making me feel like royalty! Thank you!
I’m usually not a fan of fish tacos, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that I liked them more than the Moroccan chicken tacos. The restaurant has a very eclectic atmosphere, but I felt they should offer chips and salsa free of charge; at $5, they were just mediocre and not worth the price. If I go back, I would definitely skip those. We visited for Sunday brunch, and it wasn’t too crowded. The fish tacos made with salmon and topped with guacamole were delicious, but I chose the Moroccan chicken, which I regretted. I wish I had gone for the beef instead, as the chicken was underwhelming—lacking Moroccan spices, flavor, and it was quite tough. The bathroom was dimly lit yet had a unique charm. Overall, I think what you’re really paying for is the experience of dining outdoors with a view of the Fountain Hills geyser if you time your visit right.
I've been to this restaurant multiple times and have consistently had a great experience. The cocktails, especially the Mojitos, are amazing. The menu features authentic Mexican cuisine that caters to a diverse crowd. The guacamole is particularly tasty. It's the perfect place for mid-afternoon drinks and snacks, conveniently situated on Main Street in Fountain Hills. Plus, the bathroom has a unique atmosphere that puts me in mind of a Supernatural set.
