Subway - Fort Shafter

The workers seems like he hates this job every time I come in. Sucks it’s the only Subway nearby the airport. They. Red to be hiring.

Before arriving at this location by 7:20 I googled to see what time they open. Says they open at 7AM. Got here and they are not open.

This Subway location sandwiched in among other eateries in this small strip mall is a gem!! Especially the evening worker a gentleman (whom I did not get his name) who is quick, efficient, polite, and makes very nicely stacked sandwiches!!! Cuts wraps them nicely...seems like something that should just be done without saying, but in today 's world where poor customer service is the norm, his pride in his work is exceptional!!Thank you!!

Busy only 1 employee but he was speedy friendly. Subs were fresh delicious.

I had placed the order at 1010 and the order went through and confirmed the sandwich were being built for pick up at 11. When I got to the location at 11 and asked for my pick up the owner told me he didn’t have a mobile order I showed him the confirmation number and he told me he turns off his mobile order at 1030. I told him I ordered them before 1030 and showed him my order. The owner was extremely rude and unapologetic. He ended up wasting my entire lunch break between the drive and the reorder. Never going to that location again.
