Starbucks - Fort Shafter

Really nice to have a place to sit down at a Starbucks that didn't take advantage of the panicdemic and remove all the seating.

This Starbucks is fine. Tall coffee is $0.21 higher than on the windward side and there's only a single electrical outlet, which might be the only one in the entire mall.

The girl who took my order seemed to be writing down wrong names so that I can’t retrieve my drink. I waited and waited for my beverage. I saw people before me who ordered similar beverage get theirs and leave. I just saw 20+ unclaimed beverages been piling up on the pickup side of the counter. I wonder how many names she getting wrong on those orders. Maybe paying with credit card will help with your correct name. I thought thìs place would be quicker than the drive thru but I was totally wrong. They need to be trained to ask for the name and repeat it to the customer so both are clear on the name for the order and monitor if someone claims the wrong order.

Manager listened to my concerns and took care of it swiftly even when it wasn’t even her location. Thank

I visited several times already. Your almond milk is weirdly nice. Way different than we have back in Prague where I usually go to get my latte.
