Starbucks - Fort Shafter

Kim was such a good barista, she helped me with my order and my mom. she helped my mom create a Starbucks account because we don't normally go to Starbucks and buy drinks there, its been 5yrs that we haven't had Starbucks and Kim just helped us and she was kind enough to give her time with us. She suggested her fav ice peach green tea lemonade with liquid cane sugar, and it was a delight my mom said. The drink was super tasty and not too sour for her. I also got Kims fav drink the ice chai latte with matcha foam and with brown sugar syrup and it was super delicious it's going to be my go to drink now. Kim will now be my fav nex barista. Mahalo Kim for helping my mom and I.

Nice staff! It’s just the fact that I would never sit down because the fabric cushions on the seats are visibly filthy and disgusting. I wouldve loved to sit being postpartum.?? hopefully it improves!

If I could leave no stars I would. Mico. I think that was her name. Looked at my half made drink, like 3 times. she then made 8 to 9 other drinks, tossed my drink out. I asked about it they said it was coming out soon, my friends drink came out 6 to 7 drinks ago and still nothing. I asked again, mind you its been about 20 min at this point they said it would come out soon. I see 3 other drinks come out before she decided to make my drink, took tops maybe 2 min to make it.... By the time I got my drink my friend was already done with theirs. Around 20 min for you to shake it 3 times. Ridiculous

Always very clean and quick. Also great customer service. Drinks are made correctly every time!

Was disappointed with the service today. I just got off of any 18 hour shift at the hospital and wanted a Trenta drink before I head to my second job. The girl taking my order looked at me like I was the dumbest person and told me we don’t do that and mumbled under her breath. This was not an isolated incident. The 3 other times I have been there the staff has not been friendly. Today was really the cherry on top.
