We enjoyed our late lunch at PF Chang in Honolulu Waikiki. It was surprising to see the restaurant almost empty at 1pm.... We ordered steamed shrimp dumpling appetizer, 3-item happy hour lunch deal for $30 (crispy green beans, Kung Pao chicken, spicy chicken) and ordered mongolian beef. What Nicole Wang doesn't like about P.f. Chang's:
Unique dining experience with such oriental decor.Food was nice and worthy trying. The spare ribs tastes great with just the right seasoning, unlike some Chinese restaurants way too salty. The lettice wrap and garlic beans is a must! One thing dissappointing was the brussle sprout was a bit over cooked which tastes a bit bitter. View all feedback.

We were served promptly but the server didn't take our rewards at the beginning but asked to provide it later and we didn't get reward points for this visit. This happened quite a few times at other locations, which is very annoying.

Very mediocre food , not worth what it costsService was good and
Our initial impression was terrible. There were 4-6 young women at the main check in desk. We were clearly an annoyance to them. They were busy sharing their phones. It was one of the worst experiences we've had. We almost left. Once we were finally seated things got better. Our server was very good. The food was delicious as always.
