I got a Sourdough Jack at the new Ala Moana restaurant at 8:00 in the morning, and after waiting for 15 minutes for the burger (while my fries got cold), I got a hamburger with (untoasted) bread, that was all dried out around the edges, with a small drink for $14.23.
