4/2023Like Monsarrat and Kahala locations, the employees here rock. I imagine it's a lot busier, maybe, but you'll find courteous and efficient service. Convenient location, too. It's why I prefer Coffee Bean's over the other guys. Had my usual blended Mocha, no whip. One thing I would change are the floor guards on the chairs. They make a horrid sound when moved. Im guessing it's not CB's furniture, though. ??.

the staff are always so nice and helpful when i have questions, and they're quick even when it's busy. i like to get the vietnamese cold brew. my only problem is that they give me my drink and sometimes it's not completely filled. it's very noticeable so i'm not sure if that's how they do it at coffee bean, but i imagine if you pay for a specific size that's how much it should be filled up? We just bought a carrot cake that tasted dry and old. When my husband went to get a new one the server told him sorry it was expired by 2 days. They were out of carrot cake so we got a pumpkin crunch as a replacement. After two bites we threw it away because it was off tasting, not like a good pumpkin taste. Yuck.
We had iced coffees and asked for a little milk. What we got was like a milk shake. I prefer to pour my own milk so I don't get the Dunkin donuts version of

I purchased a large Mango Iced Tea. I was so good. The young man working said it’s steeped along time. It’s amazing. If you love Mango you’ll love this.
