What Rick Dempster doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
It took forever to get our food and then the hamburger was cold. I asked for a refund. The young man that took our order was very nice and then apologetic when it was cold. He got the manager to give us a refund, the manager was very cold toward me and didn't say a word. negative experience. View all feedback.
Employees in food prep area openly eating and then without washing hands and still eating picking and putting orders in bags for customers with bare hands and no food service gloves, very unprofessional and unsanitary

Staff was on it! Very friendly! Accurate! Best McDonald's experience in a long time. The order was perfect, even with customizations and us misordering more than once.Keep doing it right!
For the one where I live the food is good they never get any of my orders wrong unlike taco bell but they could do a better job of cleaning the tables and chairs off and sweeping the floor10-13-23The food was not par because they used the wrong size patty for the Big Mac it was just horrible ??
Service was outstanding. The food was hot and fresh.
