Sonic Drive-in - Fort Scott

I'm Sa for a bit because they're always busy in the morning, I pick up and place my order just to find out that their computers are down and they can't take any cards I have, of course. Then they tell me they give me the food for free as long as I give them a good review. I had no problem with it when I stopped there almost every day and it's usually great. I think it's wonderful that they didn't refuse me because they had problems. I think that is a good customer service!

I ordered a large creamery chocolate shake on Tuesday, Dec. 13, They told me they were not serving them any more. I was sitting looking at the back side of the menu for all the flavors for the creamery shakes. I ask if they would be having them later? They said no. I arrived at Sonic this morning, Thursday Dec. 15, and all the ads for the creaming shakes are still posted. I thought the creamery shakes were very good and I hate to see them go away.I feel the signage should be gone, if you are not selling the item.

This sonic is always great. The help is polite and they are never out of product. Food arrives on time and is fresh. This is the best sonic around
