A quiet Wednesday evening in the quieter part of Fort Mahon but La Louviere is none the worse for that. The €35 blackboard menu had interesting local choices that did not include ubiquitous moules! Star was the meat cooked perfectly "au feu" on the chimney as you enter the restaurant. The cheese selection is local and completed a very good dinner. The wine list was small but well chosen.
