Lot better than the one in New York. We travel from Maryland to this place just to eat their beef noodle soup and pork dishes. Workers are very friendly and make you feel at home. Great place. View all feedback.
One of my favorite Korean restaurants in NJ. Their kimchi is one of the best. Perfect combination of spicy, sourness and sweetness.
More jersey food aventures. So this time around, I am looking at a Korean oxtail soup. It was a slightly chillier day, sort of windy. A perfect day for a warm soup. I ended up ordering a deluxe oxtail soup. It had assorted meats, tongue, Tripe, and also tendon. All the meets world pretty delicious. The broth, for a specialty shop, I was expecting to be a little bit more full bodied.Expecting more of you savory, thicker more savory flavor broth. Instead it was a bit lighter, I am more lighter than expected. Overall, our lunch was excellent and I would go back to give it another go. Another bonus is that the scallions were freshly cut in kind of weird but the salt was also pretty good. But who doesn’t like salt?
This is the place to go for Korean specialty soups. The bibimbap is good too. The place is clean and the waitstaff is friendly and a great place for a late night meal. Spend a little time looking at the menu before calling the waiter over. Yes you can order take out or enjoy your food at the many tables. The Asahi beer is very good ask for a chilled glass.
The outdoor seating area is delightful—clean and spacious. I ordered the Seolleong Tang Deluxe, which was ideal for a breezy evening. It was my first experience with this soup, so I can't compare it to others, but I found the meat, cartilage, tendon, and tripe to be quite flavorful. My friend tried the beef bibimbap, which was served in an enormous bowl. Her only complaint was that there wasn't enough beef in it. I'm giving this place four stars instead of five because the only side dish provided was kimchi, although it was among the best I've had in a restaurant. Additionally, we received just one menu and were given only five minutes to place our order.
This restaurant far exceeds the one in New York. We journey from Maryland just to savor their beef noodle soup and pork dishes. The staff is incredibly friendly, making you feel at home. It's an outstanding place!
