I want to give ZERO stars. Great customer service! Not shopping here. #1 Associate over calculated me and refused to reimburse the difference (painted 3 times for money back) #2 Associate does not know how to make a latte (Coffee is NOT a latte). Customer service is so BAD it tastes your drink GROSS. Avoid, avoid! View all feedback.
Well after being here 4 times and having a terrible experience every single time i was going to really tear into this place but i see everyone else already has. What a trash place to literally get anything, you would think that garrison would do something about it but the hell with it right?
This was my favorite Dunkin to go. I usually get a drink and a sandwich but today I added some donuts to my usual. I got my sandwich and drink but they completely forgot my donuts. I tried to ask an employee where the rest of my order, but was given attitude. So I called it a loss and just left without my donuts.
My icy drink was half full and when I went to ask why everything they could do would nod their head. And it was quite a lot of ice cream as they forget to add the coffee. And again. All they could do is Nod.
The lines are perpetually long in the morning! You really need to have more staff at the counter. Your food is prepared quickly, but the drinks often end up cold because everything is rushed. The beverages just aren't made well when there's such a push to get orders out. Even mobile ordering doesn’t seem to make it any faster, as you still end up waiting a long time. If you're in a hurry, I recommend going somewhere else. Honestly, it might be quicker to just post an order!
I have a fondness for Dunkin', but I really dislike visiting this location. I wrote a review a year ago, and not much has improved, if at all. There's new staff, but the attitude remains just as poor. I believe the management is to blame. Pinehurst Donuts LLC, you need to step up your game. The customer service is awful; every employee I encountered had a bad attitude. It took 15 minutes to get two coffees and a sandwich, and there were only three people ahead of me.
