Polite staff, decent sized portions, but let down by whatever oil is used to fry. Twelve hours later and my stomach is still not right. Wont use again.
Fantastic food brilliant people. I would definitely recommend going to Forest Roe Fish And chips. It was 10/10 service very polite and very quick.
Fish was expensive. It was overcooked, clearly not fresh and was dry Largely indelible. I would not recommend spending your hard earned money here any time soon. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £30–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
They must be selective of who they give the left overs to. The chips were hard and old, the fish was basic, nothing to shout about. It is disheartening they select either women or foreigners to give their old rubbery offerings. Looking at reviews it appears this is their game. Will never ever step in there again. A total waste of money. All went in the bin. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £20–30
Shop was clean and tidy. Service was fast. Staff were friendly. Fish had a thin batter which I prefer and chips were hot albeit a bit too soft and soggy. I would recommend.
