The fish reminded me of good memories. Long John Silver's hush puppies are a classic. You'll have to wait a little because everything is made fresh.

I notice that the co... read more I have a wonderful experience every time I visit this restaurant. The lobby is consistently clean, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. I notice that the cooking area is always tidy and well-organized. The food is consistently fresh, and the pricing is clear and reasonable. The staff is very accommodating as well. I'm glad to have this place because it's one of the few remaining options on the west side of Chicago.

You shouldn't expect Red Lobster-quality seafood when visiting Long John Silver's, but we had a delicious dinner and the employees were incredibly friendly and kind. I highly recommend it! Be sure to try the vinegar on your fish.
