It's the most convenient option near my workplace; otherwise, I would probably choose a different place. There's no drive-thru, so you have to park and go inside to place your order. The main staff member is quite unfriendly, often sporting a sour expression. She regularly talks on her phone while serving customers, which creates a very unwelcoming atmosphere, and she seems to be unhappy in her job. On the bright side, the younger employee is very friendly and makes you feel welcome. The donuts are average, and during my last visit, my order of an egg and cheese tortilla was overcooked, leaving the shell hard. However, I did enjoy the two quarts of ice cream I ordered. Overall, if you're in the area and in need of coffee, it could be worth stopping by—just hope the younger girl is working.

The posted hours indicate that they close at 10 PM, so I placed an online order for pickup around 9:15 PM. However, when I arrived, I found the restaurant was already closed. The next morning, I went back with my receipt to show both the time I placed the order and the stated closing time, but they refused to honor my order or provide a refund. I recommend they update their hours of operation. Aside from that incident, I’ve typically enjoyed my visits here.

The customer service was excellent, and both the food and coffee were served hot and perfectly prepared. I traveled all the way from Broadview, on the other side of town, just for the great service. I definitely give it 5 stars!
