They have self-serve and full-service option, Cappuccino and a pastry for breakfast, pizza for a quick bite for lunch or with drinks, aperitif and snacks after work, or a nice dinner with friends. Or you can pick up some pizza or pastries to take home. Living here in Foligno, I come here often. We've had pizza here many times. It is always fresh, hot, and well made with options for traditional or more innovative toppings. Recently we brought a friend from out of town for dinner. Everything was delicious. I had pasta with eggplant, one person had a variety of grilled fish, and another had braised pork cheek and we all had wine. The prices are reasonable and the service is always good.

T... read more After having been away from Foligno for over a year, a lot of things changed at Winner. The interior layout was redesigned and the entire place was renovated. The bar has been expanded giving you a wider selection of aperitivi, snacks, desserts and other goodies. I have no idea where the other reviewers have eaten pizza in the Foligno area, but Winner serves good pizza. They have a buffet during certain hours when you can enjoy some good food, and they now have a more elegant, sit-down restaurant which offers some great dishes. My wife ordered the rigatoni with eggplant, I ordered the fish combo and a friend ordered the roasted pork cheek. All of them were excellent. I think a lot of English-speaking visitors to Foligno neither understand the cuisine nor the culture in this area. Go ahead, enjoy Winner, it's easy to do.

This restaurant is a bit out of the way from the city centre but it's very popular with a lot of locals and on a Saturday night you might find it fully booked. The service was very good as the waiter in charge of our table gave us a detailed explanation of the menu. The menu have a vast selection of pizza and recently they also introduced a new menu with a lot of other good things. I opted for an entrecote of veal with home made crisps and salad Which was wonderfully cooked, and my wife had a quattro stagioni pizza which was also good. The prices are very good. The only hiccup of the evening was that the air conditioning was not working and we were not very comfortable inside the restaurant due to the heat. For the rest I will recommend this restaurant to everyone that visit Foligno.

I have even had a couple of training meetings there. The food is always good. Winner is divided into the classic bar with drinks, pastries, coffee, etc, and in the back there is a cafeteria-style line with excellent food. If you are visiting Foligno and you're staying at the Holiday Inn, Winner is a 2 minute walk away.
