The miso so... read more I went with my friend Gianluigi Aquilini on Monday evening June 19th. I was impressed with the quality of the food and the overall service and care. The miso soup was amazing, then we had a mix of sushi and sashimi...delicious along with the sesame...dressing from Castello Monte Vibiano! Don't forget to order edamame beans! I will be back soon!
