I completely forgot about this amazing ch... read more I was craving roasted chicken tonight, so I headed to Roosevelt Ave. While I was there, I unexpectedly discovered UFC! I completely forgot about this amazing chicken spot in Jackson Heights! I ordered six wings, onion rings, and corn on the cob topped with Cotija cheese. Let me tell you, if you're dining solo, your server will recommend ordering six wings, and trust me, that's plenty for one person! The deep-fried wings are wonderfully crispy, which shouldn't be taken for granted! It’s easy to overlook this place when you're on Roosevelt Ave, so I consider it a hidden gem. Make this your top choice for crispy fried wings!

The flavors are just okay--the soy garlic sauce, in particular, leans too sweet for my liking. The fried chicken is often drenched in excessive sauce, which overwhelms the dish. I would have wholeheartedly recommended it in the past, but now I'm not so sure. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3
