I was craving roasted chicken tonight, so I headed to Roosevelt Ave. While I was there, I unexpectedly discovered UFC! I completely forgot about this amazing chicken spot in Jackson Heights! I ordered six wings, onion rings, and corn on the cob topped with Cotija cheese. Let me tell you, if you're dining solo, your server will recommend ordering six wings, and trust me, that's plenty for one person! The deep-fried wings are wonderfully crispy, which shouldn't be taken for granted! It’s easy to overlook this place when you're on Roosevelt Ave, so I consider it a hidden gem. Make this your top choice for crispy fried wings!
