Sangria is a Mediterranean restaurant that offers a variety of dishes, but unfortunately, the food did not meet the expectations of some diners. The fajitas were disappointing, with poorly prepared beef and over-amplified live music. While some guests had enjoyed previous visits, recent experiences were marred by disorganization and slow service. The paella, in particular, was a letdown, being dark red and lacking the traditional flavors. Despite some setbacks, the owner and staff were praised for their hospitality. The tapas menu has been diminishing, shifting the restaurant away from its roots as a tapas-focused establishment. However, some patrons still found the food excellent, especially highlighting the paella, appetizers, and desserts. The atmosphere on the patio was delightful, with attentive service creating a pleasant dining experience for many customers. While there were some hiccups, such as miscommunication about beverage charges, overall, it seems that Sangria has the potential to be a neighborhood gem worth revisiting.

Sangria When we first walked in my first though was wow this place is super loud! The space was smaller than I thought it would be.
Sangria is a restaurant that has potential, but unfortunately falls short when it comes to the food. The dishes we ordered lacked in quality and could have been prepared better if I had made them myself. Two of us ordered the fajitas, which were simply not good. The beef was not of a high quality cut, poorly sliced, and lacked seasoning. Despite the live music they offered, which should have added to the atmosphere, I was disappointed by how loud it was. Live music in a small venue only needs minimal amplification, but in this case, the music was far too loud for the space.
I took my friend to this restaurant to celebrate her belated birthday. We had an amazing time. The food and unlimited drinks were delicious. The waitstaff were friendly and gave great recommendations from the menu. I will definitely be returning.
