While th... read more The food here doesn’t really reflect authentic Vietnamese cuisine, particularly the pho. It felt more like Korean interpretations of Vietnamese dishes. While the pho itself wasn’t bad, it was more akin to a regular noodle dish rather than true pho. I appreciate the food for what it offers, but don't come here expecting genuine Vietnamese dishes.

It's really hard to find a Vietnamese restaurant that serves vegetarian pho so I was pleasantly surprised to see a vegetable pho with vegetarian broth on their menu. Customers also get the option to choose between small, medium, or large sizes. Even the small sized pho was decently large and very filling. I ordered the French fries provenzal and it came in a large platter. With the amount of food you get, this place is definitely worth the price.

The summer roll was generously filled with fresh lettuce and shrimp. We chose the large house special pho, and the broth was rich in flavor with a lovely blend of spices. The noodles were cooked to perfection. Even with the busy atmosphere, the staff remained attentive and efficient.
