We contacted the person who took our order, but she was unhelpful and refused to offer a solution. When I went to pick up the cake, the staff provided terrible customer service. Be cautious when ordering from this establishment, as it seems they do not value their customers or their product quality. Businesses like this should not be in operation if they are unable to provide good service.

Unfortunately, when we cut into the cake, it fell apart, causing embarrassment with our guests. When we called to express our dissatisfaction, the owner did not apologize and instead responded arrogantly. I do not recommend this place for their service or anything else. I will not be purchasing anything from them again. Please be cautious to avoid a similar experience. It was never our intention to receive a refund, but rather to receive what we ordered and to be treated with respect. If the owner is rude, I can only wonder how the employees are.

The price that was initially agree... read more I held my daughter's baptism at this bakery and I would not recommend doing business with them. The customer service is poor. The price that was initially agreed upon for the cake changed when it came time to pick it up and pay for it. The owner even said to us, "I could charge you $1,000 for my cake if I wanted to." I have to say, the cake was just average. I would not recommend this place.
