Incredibowl - FLUSHING
Incredibowl
Description
Incredibowl serves bold, spicy dry hotpot bowls and a surprisingly tasty Korean fried chicken at good value, with generous, shareable portions and flavorful prickly-oil spice. However, praise is tempered by recurring issues: shrinking portions, occasional stale or sour ingredients, stray hairs, last-minute delivery cancellations and unresponsive, unfriendly staff. Great for fans of fiery Asian takeout looking for value and heat, but beware inconsistent quality and unreliable customer communication.

Terrible. This store should be permanently shut down. I order this around 7 pm, the tofu skin tastes sour and tough. The rest of the thing just taste very plain, like they throw everything into the boiling water and then seasoned it with sauce. I am sure they didn’t stored the material properly cuz it doesn’t taste fresh at all.
I ordered off seamless at 11am and it said it would be delivered around 11:50am. They made me wait 1 hour while notifying me about my order just to tell me that it got cancelled at the very last minute. I think as a business if an order were to be cancelled, the customer should be notified immediately but instead they were updating me saying how my order was almost ready at around 11:55am according to the texts I attached below. This was a sudden cancelation and the fact that they don't pick up the phone after multiple attempts just shows that they're not the most trustworthy place to get your food delivered from.
I usually order from Hang Hotpot, but I recently discovered that Incredibowl is available on UberEats too. I have to say, Incredibowl is far superior to Hang and is $2 cheaper for the large two-person meal. The food is served in whole pieces instead of being chopped into tiny bits like at Hang. I’m really into dry hotpot bowls, and Incredibowl offers incredible flavors with whole pieces of beef, sausages, and more. This will definitely be my new go-to on UberEats!
I recently tried the new offering at this restaurant—Korean fried chicken—and it was absolutely delicious! The chicken is incredibly crispy and has a wonderful sweet and sour flavor. Plus, for just $13, you get a whole box, which is a great deal compared to other places. The quality is just as good as at any other restaurant. I've been a regular for their spicy hot pot, but now I'm a fan of the new Korean fried chicken too! I can't wait to try their rice cake next time!
