When I inquired about our drinks, an older woman attempted to give me someone else's drink that had clearly been sitting there for a while and didn't even have whipped cream. I asked her to make my drink instead. An employee then walked away, told her boss to shut up, and refused to make my drink. I had to insist that they prepare it for me. Overall, this experience put me in a bad mood, and my child was left confused and frustrated. Additionally, when another customer asked about her coffee order, the employee pointed to a medium cup, despite her ordering a large. The employee simply told her that it was her problem for ordering that size. I felt there was clear antisemitism in the way we were treated, which is completely unacceptable. We frequent this location daily, but unless management takes steps to retrain the staff, I will not be returning.

Don?t take customers orders unless they?re coming from the Court across the street or a Food app, The Short Spanish lady will literally IGNORE you while she?s standing right in frontof the cash Register and the short white lady as well she just acts like she doesn?t know nothing but been working there acouple years now. Idk how they still have this Job Honestly. They will legit see customers ready to order and they?re justignoring people. You?re better off going to a Dunkin Donuts outside of Hempstead because this One is Beyond Unprofessional andLazy.

She did, h... read more When we ordered, the place was empty? 2 people (eating). When I ordered, the lady had a hard time understanding English (and being understood by me). She did, however, finally get the order completely correct saying it twice. All 5 employees wereconstantly talking casually (personal conversations, for sure), We waited 40 minutes before one drink from a much larger orderarrived. We waited another 10 minutes while 2 other people came in and got their orders. When I inquired about what was takingso long, one employee asked to see the ticket. She then proceeded to put in the order for all of the things we had not yetreceived. When we got the additional items 10 minutes later, everything was incorrect: Not toasted plain bagel came backtoasted sesame bagel. 2 egg and cheese croissant sandwiches with veggie sausage came back with veggie bacon. This place wasabsolutely horrible and I will actively never go here again.
