Bacon wrap tasted metallic. Where is the health department? This Dunkin Donuts is not ready to serve thepublic. We have enough health concerns as it is without adding this mess to the list.

Manager don?t support employees to make it easy for the customers and employees. A totallyconfusion in the self-order area. My coffee was cold and it took forever to get to my hands. No recommend this DD at all.

When I asked for an iced coffee, they were out of that too. The employees were noticeably unprofessional, chatting and hugging in front of customers, showing a lack of respect. With only two restaurants in this terminal, I will definitely choose not to return to Dunkin' Donuts next time.

I’ve been waiting in line since 5 AM, and now it’s 5:35, but the employee still hasn’t opened or attended to any customers. Many people have left due to the poor service. It’s really frustrating! I asked the employee when they would be opening, and with an attitude, she told me it would be 5-10 minutes. That was 20 minutes ago.
