Very friendly. I don't exaggerate this very kindly. I was in many Asian restaurants and I'm going to admit, sometimes I was completely lost to do with the food except eating. Now in this restaurant the lady comes alone and showed me what to do. I liked that. Thank you.
It's my first time I'm trying Korean porridge. It was good, and it was quite different from Guangdong style Porridge. The service is really good, they are very polite and appealing. I think the Korean restaurant in Murray Hill offers authentic Korean foods as those in Midtown. The menu looked different and they will not serve the Mayonnaise style free appetizer in Murray Hill. It's worth eating here.
A good place to go for specialized porridge. The setting is quiet and clean. Service was wonderful. Quite pricey for rice porridge at a location this far from Main St.
One of my favorite places to go for a nice simple bowl of jook/porridge. It has a very calm atmosphere and gives you a sense of well being for mind body and soul.
I always enjoyed visiting her restaurant in LA, so I was very excited to try the one in Queens. The porridge and mung bean juice were absolutely delicious! The only porridge I wasn't fond of was the Pollock one; I found the fish to be too dry and a bit overdone for my taste. I really wish they had another location in NYC because it's a bit too far for me to get to without a car.
