A young lady with dark brown hair and highlights, whose name I couldn't see because her hair was in the way, was handling trash with her bare hands. Shortly after, she proceeded to touch and box pizza without washing her hands or wearing gloves. While she eventually put on gloves to help make my sandwich, she still hadn’t washed her hands first, meaning all the germs and bacteria from her hands were likely transferred to the gloves and then to my sandwich. This seemed completely unsanitary and unprofessional. I didn’t say anything to her to avoid confrontation, but I also noticed she didn’t respond to my thanks, which added to the negative experience. Additionally, I’d like to mention that my significant other became ill and is showing signs of food poisoning that started right after eating at this Subway.

The service was terrible, and the staff's attitude was even worse. The food was exceptionally delicious, earning a perfect rating of 5 out of 5. Each dish was flavorful and well-prepared, making it a delightful meal. The service was equally impressive, also receiving a 5 out of 5, as the staff was quick, attentive, and friendly. Lastly, the overall atmosphere of the restaurant really stood out, creating a welcoming and pleasant environment, which again merits a top score of 5. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a fantastic takeout dinner!
