We also shared some fried pickle spears served with homemade ranch dressing. The pickles were freshly made and deliciously breaded, and the ranch had a great homemade taste. The pork tenderloin was tasty, although I could sense a bit of grease. It could have used some mayo, but I opted for mustard and extra ranch instead. The tomatoes were notably fresh—definitely not the bland stuff you find in stores. I even enjoyed the leftover pickles for breakfast at the hotel the next morning! The owner, who previously worked on the railroad, was incredibly friendly and personable. The decor includes clean carpets and charming saloon doors leading to the bar area, although it could use some updates. Overall, it had a cozy, made-from-scratch feel. Support local businesses! The food was exceptional, easily earning a perfect score of 5. The quality and taste were outstanding, leaving a lasting impression. The service was also commendable, with a solid rating of 4; the staff was attentive and friendly, though there was a slight wait at times. The atmosphere was delightful, boasting a warm and inviting ambiance that made the evening even more enjoyable, earning it a wonderful score of 5. Overall, it was a great value for the price, and I highly recommend it!
