The way they prepare red bean... read more I absolutely adore this open-air bistro. Although I usually eat meat, I've always left Outer Space feeling satisfied after a meal. The way they prepare red beans, guacamole, onions, and sour cream is truly delightful. This is the authentic Floyd experience. They occasionally have live music and host an open mic night on Wednesday evenings. And if you're craving meat, the nearby Bootleg Barbecue is the perfect option, serving Southern barbecue—not the overly sticky kind from out west.

The unique layout, complete with a psychedelic school bus and a small stage, transports you back to the days when genuine hippies were all around. The food is fresh, well-prepared, and served in generous portions. What I love most is that this place brings back memories of my days touring with the Grateful Dead and sharing adventures and good times with fellow misfits. Thank you, OuterSpace!

The service wa... read more This restaurant is a fantastic place with tasty food. The gluten-free burrito bowl was excellent, and my husband raved about his mozzarella dish. The service was friendly and quick. If we had stayed in Floyd longer, we would have come back multiple times. It's also very dog-friendly.
