Great burger and onion rings for lunch. Pancakes next morning were really large and tasty. Along with prices that can't be beat. Will definitely eat at DJs whenever we visit Floyd.
On a whim I ordered the Charlie (patty on Rye with jalapeños among other goodies) -AMAZING! ?
DJs never dissapoints! My family of 6 orders from here all the time, and have always been greeted with a smile and now even called by name. The girl who usually car hops is amazing, fast, and friendly. Our food is always up to par, never cold. I seesome reviews saying the prices are high but honestly I dont think so. You get a good portion size and it cost just as much asanywhere else you may go. I've tried most of the menu but my favorites are the Hotdogs, Bobs Burger, and Slop burger. Can'tforget about the Crinkle fries or for a sweeter taste, Funnel cake fries. You should stop in and give them a try, you wontregret it. And they are even gluten-free friendly. :
Food is always good. I have been going here since they opened and even before when. It was under different owners. Love it.
I was out working and saw a sign that advertised a Thanksgiving burger. I decided I 'd like to stop by later on my way home and give it a try. So I stopped in a few hours later and asked about the advertised burger. A burger with a deep fried turkey and stuffing patty, Swiss cheese, and cranberry aoli. I have to admit I was a little skeptical about the cranberry aoili, but I gave it a try. It 's delicious and absolutely worth it. It tasted like Thanksgiving crammed into a burger. I love weird and new taste experiences, and this hit the spot. My only gripe is that they only accept cash tips. I don 't usually carry cash and really wanted to tip the employee who came out to take my order. I won 't say it 's the best burger I ever had, but it was weird and wonderfully delicious, which I love. I plan to stop in at every opportunity, and next time, I will make sure to have some cash for the waitstaff that deserves it.
