I ordered the pork platter with rainbow slaw, and it was delicious. However, they need to improve their sauces; the Firewater sauce lacked any spiciness. Overall, the food and service were top-notch. Once they refine their sauces, they'll easily earn a 5-star review!

The prices are just right, and the portions are generous! I suggest finding a place to park a block away, as it's not super close but worth the walk to access this gem.

However, I’ve noticed that the pulled chicken sandwiches are never served warm or hot—in fact, today the meat was completely cold. They’re often out of at least one menu item as well. On a positive note, they have the best fries in Floyd County. I’ll likely take a break from coming here for a while to see if they improve by serving the meat hot.

I always enjoy dining there and will never forget our first visit when Floyd and the owner tempted us with the best brisket I've ever had. It would be 5 stars, but I’ve learned it’s better not to order right at the end of the day.
