Even when short-staffed, you consistently deliver hot, fresh, and juicy burgers exactly how I like them. This team knows how to craft an amazing burger and remains friendly and patient, even with challenging customers. I truly appreciate everything you do. Whether I’m coming in for my night shift or wrapping up, you never disappoint. Your hard work and dedication are truly appreciated!

There was no communication between the kitchen and the... read more They don't even deserve 1 star. On November 21, 2022, at 6:15 PM, I encountered a poorly trained cashier. There was no communication between the kitchen and the woman taking orders. Eight people were waiting for their orders, and no one was bringing out the food. My order sat back there for 20 minutes and was cold by the time she finally went to the kitchen to retrieve it. There was no sign of a manager anywhere. This place should be shut down. No one seems to care, and it looks like no one wants to work. The staff mumbled a few words with no clear communication or any customer service skills. Some customers had been waiting over 30 minutes by the time I finished my meal. I was observing and taking notes. AVOID THIS PLACE.

I'm a firm believer in the importance of great customer service, and I always want to recognize it when I see it. The staff member who helped me was incredibly kind and professional—she definitely deserves a raise! I just wish I had caught her name.
