It feels like we’re living in a world where basic manners are overlooked. Employees should be encouraged to smile and greet the customers who support them—it's simply a matter of common courtesy!

They had just experienced a rush from the drive-thru befo... read more I arrived around 8:30 PM and went inside to place my order. The restaurant was very clean, by the way. They had just experienced a rush from the drive-thru before I reached the counter. The manager, Karen, greeted me and informed me that it would take a moment for her to assist me, as she was preparing food for the drive-thru. A young man named Denver came out from the kitchen to check if I had been helped yet. I told him I had, and then Karen asked if he felt comfortable using the POS system to take my order. Denver took my order and did an excellent job, repeating it back to ensure it was correct. I observed the entire team working hard and collaborating to get everything done efficiently. They got my food to me quickly, and it was hot and delicious. Thank you all for taking care of my wife and me!

They handed me the wrong order, and when they brought out the correct one, it was still missing something. I didn't go back in to get it corrected.
