But let me say that during the by-times, after lunch rush before work haste you are suitable to get a burger with chili meat on the burger. For those who don't know what that is. It is meat that is too long on the grill and is cooked over.

You... read more I get the wrong order twice at Wendy's. I ordered a triple stack once. And they gave me a stack for the same price. I went in and complained about my order. You gave me the right burger. But I was just mad because I had order in drivethru. I said my order loud and clear. She repeats it to me. I was fine until I checked my order. I had no receipt. So I had to show my sandwich. She was nice, but I'm still second when I go there.

When notified, they ga... read more Wendy's was very good today. I got the 4 for $4 with the double stack. When I got to the table I only had 3 chicken nuggets instead of 4. When notified, they gave us another order. That was a great recovery from a mistake. I was a happy camper. It was just after 11AM but it was already getting busy but the workers were really efficient and orders came out quickly. Best of all...Our fries were fresh and hot.

It feels like we’re living in a world where basic manners are overlooked. Employees should be encouraged to smile and greet the customers who support them—it's simply a matter of common courtesy!
