Whenever I'm hungry, this is my go-to restaurant. When Mr. Charlie is there, I know my food will be fresh and incredibly delicious! He's the best, and I'm really glad to see him there.
I went to Dogwood to Steak Escape to get food for the family. My WHOLE order was wrong. I live in Ridgeland. Got all the way home and food drinks WRONG!!! Top that!!! They don’t even answer their phones!!! Called multiple times no answer!!!
Get in the restaurant and there’s a broom and dish pan sitting right in front on the check out counter. 8 people in front not doing much but talking to each other. Everything is nasty! I tell the manager and ask if the owner ever comes in. He says he was here this morning. Pitiful! Tables are dirty! Drink station is gross. Sad! This used to be a great place to eat.
Place is dirty. Staff spoke broken English and were rude. 3 other people besides me inside so not busy. Food was just ok. Definitely not what steak escape use to
The guy taking the order was barely speaking at a whisper and the manager was too busy staring out the window. Sandwich was good, fries were cold, drink was flat.
