This has happened on multiple stalls resulting in the car hops l... read more Several different times, I have paid, and the option to tip using credit card wasn’t available. This has happened on multiple stalls resulting in the car hops losing money considering most individuals use credit. I visit this location regularly as it is only a mile from my house. Have gotten to know a few of the car hops. I don’t understand why this option is only available at certain stalls. Seems like if Sonic had an issue getting their money they would have no problem shutting down/repairing the stall in a timely manner so it blows my mind that this issue has gone on unresolved for so long. Really tells me all I need to know about the corporation. I get that fast food locations expect high turnover, but this blatant disregard for their employees has me wanting to take my business elsewhere.

Ridiculous!!
