Meets expectations!. I tried Paco's Chicken Rice. A very simplistic dish composed of basically what it says...seasoned chicken mexican rice. However it was also smothered in a white queso cheese sauce that gave it more flavor. Very enjoyable dish. Would definitely go back again.

Salsa's is fine Tex-Mex. I've eaten here many times and tried many things and everything that Ive had was good. Staff very friendly!

Tasty, tasty, tasty!. I love this place. The food speaks for itself. It is different than many of the Mexican restaurants around the area, the food is fresh. Many restaurant's mistake is to not have a well balanced and flavored salsa, this restaurant does. The same for the rice and beans, I could eat tons of it and not get tired. It offers the classic Americanized Mexican dishes you need it to have to be well accepted, but also a good many very authentic plates to balance it out, like albondigas, carnitas , chile colorado and etc. The chile rellenos are just like I like them, topped with delicious salsa to give it a burst of flavor, and then sprinkled with the right ammount of shredded cheese. What's the point of having this fried chile relleno smothered in just goobs of cheese? I can't taste or appreciate anything, salsa's got it right. The presentation of the food is also nice, and the flavor is just all there. The decor is minmal,nice and classy and not overwhelmingly cheesy. The atmosphere is friendly. The service is friendly and good! Love this place, wish it was more recognized for what it is.

Salsa makes good Quesadillas. I enjoy the spinach and mushroom quesadilla. Recently, I tried the cattle quesadilla. It was good, but just a little too salty. Service is always friendly. Meals come with the standard chips salsa. It's a good, relaxing Mexican restaurant.
