Litteray the best food I've ever had. the atmosphere and workers are amazing. Especially PJ. He is so amazing and definitely deserves a raise or something. He made my entire experience at Panda 10 times better.
The 2 ladies in the front seemed overjoyed with their job. And it showed through great customer service. The young lady that fixed the plates was fast and swift!! The woman at the register seemed extremely extremely happy and thankful that we came in today. Even the crew in the back spoke to us as we paid thanking us for coming in today. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will definitely be back!!
Good food, but as the saying goes one bad apple can spoil the bunch. There is a lady that works there that has the worst customer service skills out of any Panda Express that I 've visited. I have received this bad customer service about 5-6 times. I usually try to shrug off bad customer service especially at a not so formal restaurant. But i demand my respect. Tonight I visited Panda Express on 4/9/2022 at 8:20. I waited for 5 minutes in an empty restaurant before anyone came to greet me. The lady with the bad customer service put gloves on and said what you want? She doesn 't listen to your order that you 're placing, therefore you have to repeat yourself 3-4 times. I don 't mind repeating for clarification but her entire body language says negativity along with her tone of voice. If you 've received this type of bad customer service at Panda Express of Flowood do yourself a favor and visit China Cafe ' down the street.
GOODS AND SERVICES! Here for the first time this week, and the staff was very friendly and gave great suggestions to try for food. The restaurant was also very clean and welcoming. And a big scream on my server PJ to make my first visit unforgettable. I definitely come back!
